Frequently Asked Questions:

How can you do this?  What's the Catch?  (We've heard this one before, along with "it seems too good to be true".)  Well it is true! There is NO catch nor is there any "Free Lunch"!  The reason we offer these vacations so inexpensively is all we ask is that you take a 90 minute walk through tour of one of our Host Resort's. You see approximately 1 in 10 persons traveling on this vacation to Florida and the other locations are coming here to purchase vacation ownership property.   If you're like me and are one of the 9 in 10 that aren't interested that’s OK! The 1 in 10 that does purchase subsidizes your vacation. Why pay more if you don't have to? During your tour, we will offer you  a free breakfast and you are guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face. That's not a bad deal for 90 minutes of your time even by this old country boy's standards.   Doesn't that sound fair enough - it really is that simple!

Most hotels, cruise lines and even airlines run a 60% to 70% occupancy rate. We are able to fill the balance with travelers due to the special contracts we and our host resorts have with the cruise lines, hotels, etc. and our host resorts are subsidizing these vacations in exchange for the opportunity of showing you their property.

Also, as we said, hotels are rarely completely occupied except for major holidays. Rather than have empty space with no people using the restaurants and lounges, many hotels contract with resorts and travel agencies to fill the space at a huge discount. The resorts, travel agencies and hotels want repeat business. The hotel also wants people using the facilities, especially if they have a casino in the hotel.

Why is the total package price so low?   The seller of your vacation package has advance arrangements with vacation ownership resorts with sizeable advertising budgets. Through volume discounts at hotels and financial subsidies, the Resort Sponsor makes available a price that is not available to the general public. Since you will be attending the 90 minute resort preview tour, the sponsor realizes that you or an acquaintance may be interested in their ownership offerings

Is the preview tour a "high pressure sales pitch"?    We have carefully chosen the Resort Sponsors based on their outstanding reputation for customer service and integrity. You are under no obligation to buy or join anything. Your decision, regardless of choice is expressly honored and respected. The tour agents are there to help you have a great time and enjoy your resort tour. Many of our clients have told us the resort tour was one of the highlights of the trip!

How many people can go? Each vacation request form is for a family of up to 4 people to go. The parents must be at least 25 years old. If you wish to add others you may - talk to reservations.

Are there any Black Out Dates?  What about Reservations: You have 18 months from the issue date to request reservations. You are asked to be flexible with travel dates having few dates in mind and give us a couple options.

Reservations should be requested about 30 days in advance of departure but we are not hard and fast on this. We work with you but all space is subject to availability and change without notice until booked and confirmed. Remember Holidays and peak season are very difficult to get especially in the Bahamas.  The cruises are especially difficult and if you include a cruise on your vacation we need 90 days notice.

There are no blackout dates or time restrictions but, as a practical matter, Major Holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Race Week, and Bike Weeks are virtually unavailable.  However, you may take your vacation at any time based on availability - It doesn't hurt to ask.

NOTE: Because a number of people who received these vouchers, booked their reservations and failed to show up or notify us in advance, there is a $15 per night  reservation fee charged ONLY when your requested vacation dates have been confirmed by your assigned Travel Agent.
